向外国学者索要论文，或者论文的源代码

最近读到一篇论文，写的很好，但是搜遍网络也没有找到他的源代码，写了一封邮件，希望能够索要到，但是英文很烂，不好意思发出去，于是找了网上的模仿了一下：
