DG上RMAN归档删除策略及with warnings
在备库上查询，发现日志没有被应用

2018-03-20T15:34:50 RUNNING WITH ERRORS更改RMAN配置 ，这里没有出错，在11.0.3的时候，可能会出错，需要设置一个隐含参数 _log_deletion_policy.
alter system set "_log_deletion_policy"=ALL scope=spfile. 重启后，在设置。就没有RMAN错误提示了。
