TensorFlow2 Win

直接运行：
pip install tensorflow==2.0.0b1 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

报错1：
tb-nightly 1.14.0a20190603 has requirement setuptools>=41.0.0, but you'll have setuptools 39.0.1 which is incompatible.
setuptools版本过低，需要先更新，

pip install --upgrade setuptools -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

报错2：

Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project

直接在anaconda中搜索wrapt，把和他相关的文件都删除即可（是否可以直接uninstall wrapt，可以尝试一下）
