DELL R710在RAID10环境下故障硬盘热插拔替换

 服务器信息： DELL R710，146G*6块硬盘，RAID10，其中1块硬盘故障。

1）查看硬盘信息

# /usr/sbin/MegaCli –PDList –aAll –NoLog

Enclosure Device ID: 32

Slot Number: 4

Drive's position: DiskGroup: 0, Span: 2, Arm: 0

Enclosure position: N/A

Device Id: 4

……..

Raw Size: 136.732 GB [0x11177328 Sectors]

Non Coerced Size: 136.232 GB [0x11077328 Sectors]

Coerced Size: 136.125 GB [0x11040000 Sectors]

Sector Size:  0

Firmware state: Failed

Device Firmware Level: HS0F

2）卸载故障硬盘

# MegaCli -PDOffline -PhysDrv[32:4] -a0

32和4的对应关系：

Enclosure Device ID: 32

   Slot Number: 4

3）替换故障硬盘

此时故障硬盘已经OFFLINE，在服务器现场查看时，故障硬盘闪烁的是黄灯，非正常硬盘的绿灯；

拔下故障硬盘，插上好硬盘，硬盘灯闪烁为绿色，并硬盘快速旋转。

4）重建故障硬盘

RAID10会自动重建替换的硬盘

5）查看故障硬盘重建进度

查看重建进度的命令：

# MegaCli -PDRbld -ShowProg -PhysDrv[32:4] –aAll

Rebuild Progress on Device at Enclosure 32, Slot 4 Completed 40% in 8 Minutes.

6）DELL R710服务器RAID10模式下，故障硬盘替换完毕。
