Synchronous 和 Synchronized 的区别

英语中加ed构成的形容词与ous构成的区别比如continned和continuous都是连续的意思，有什么区别吗？可以互用吗？ There are reports of continued fighting near the border和There was a continuous line of cars stretching

  有报道称在边境附近继续战斗
