vtk(5.0以上版本)5.3_ImageResliceExample2.cpp 最终成功运行版本

《VTK图形图像开发进阶》随书代码\Examples\Chap05  中的这个例子5.3_ImageResliceExample2.cpp有些错误,致使程序无法运行。
