Oracle apex3.2 语言问题

安装环境:win2003r2+oracle11g+apex3.2(Embedded PL/SQL Gateway)
问题1:
我安装的是apex3.2但是登陆http://localhost:7777/apex/apex_Admin后在右下角出现的是Application Express 3.0.1.00.08版本与安装的版本不一致这是为什么?我的安装有问题?
问题2:
我按照官方的installation guid安装中文语言包,步骤如下:
cd D:\app\Administrator\product\11.1.0\db_1\apex_3.2\apex\builder\zh-cn
set NLS_LANG=American_America.AL32UTF8
进入sqlplus后:alter session set current_schema=FLOWS_030000;(我安装的是3.2版本但是我这里只有FLOWS_030000没有FLOWS_030200)
@load_zh-cn后
总是循环报
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20001: API operation includes calls that are incompatible with the current
runtime.
ORA-06512: at "FLOWS_030000.WWV_FLOW_API", line 32
ORA-06512: at "FLOWS_030000.WWV_FLOW_API", line 8414
ORA-06512: at line 8
请大侠们帮忙解决

问题已经解决,我重新按照
@apexins SYSAUX SYSAUX TEMP /i/
@apxchpwd
@apex_epg_config D:\app\Administrator\product\11.1.0\db_1\apex_3.2\
ALTER USER ANONYMOUS ACCOUNT UNLOCK;
SELECT DBMS_XDB.GETHTTPPORT FROM DUAL;
EXEC DBMS_XDB.SETHTTPPORT(7777);
安装中文语言包
set NLS_LANG=American_America.AL32UTF8
ALTER SESSION SET CURRENT_SCHEMA = APEX_030200;
@load_zh-cn.sql
问题解决,现在的版本也是3.2了,谢谢
