解决办法:amcl包的版本问题  
重新下载一个amcl包 编译后替换以前的amcl
注意下载时选择相匹配的版本
https://github.com/ros-planning/navigation



放到catkin_ws/src目录下
执行catkin_make
到catkin_ws/devel/lib/amcl/目录下复制编译后的文件到/opt/ros/indigo/lib/amcl目录下替换
