1、图形界面运行centos。

2、在虚拟机菜单栏中点击 虚拟机->安装 VMWARE TOOLS 子菜单,会弹出安装信息。

3、进入图形界面会看到CD/DVD已经加载VMware Tools。

4、运行终端，进入media目录,会看到VMware Tools

[root@zz /]# cd /media/
[root@zz media]# ls
VMware Tools

5、进入VMware Tools查看

[root@zz media]# cd VMware\ Tools/

[root@zz VMware Tools]# ls
manifest.txt  run_upgrader.sh  VMwareTools-9.6.1-1378637.tar.gz  vmware-tools-upgrader-32  vmware-tools-upgrader-64

6、将VMwareTools-9.6.1-1378637.tar.gz拷贝到临时文件夹/tmp下

[root@zz VMware Tools]# cp VMwareTools-9.6.1-1378637.tar.gz /tmp

7、进入tmp目录，解压会产生 vmware-tools-distrib文件

[root@zz tmp]# tar -zxvf VMwareTools-9.6.1-1378637.tar.gz

8、进入 vmware-tools-distrib文件

[root@zz vmware-tools-distrib]# ls
bin  doc  etc  FILES  INSTALL  installer  lib  vmware-install.pl
[root@zz vmware-tools-distrib]#

9、运行vmware-install.pl文件安装程序

[root@zhaozhe vmware-tools-distrib]# ./vmware-install.pl



详细操作过程：

因为我已经安装过，再次安装会提示你卸载，当出现(yes/no) 统一输入[yes]，其他一律回车。
