(1) it can start from the gap, which is the key point of this report, the most important findings and the significance of this study

(2) by zoom out, combinating the general writing technics of the articals which stated some great discoveries, start from the top of the logic tree and  sumary backward.

first, set the overall framework of the paper:

the starting point and the reasons

the key variables and the reasons

the impacting factors of key variables and the reasons

the signifcance of this study and uuniqueness

second, add details: "blood and meat"

Q3:

the practical significance is to help the company to improve their global sourcing. 

theoretical significance may be to detail the existing theories to make theories more practical.
