替代CardView实现圆角图的第三方控件

最近项目中用到圆角图 可是CardView引入时各种报错。我只能另谋生路。遂得此文，我直接在Android Studio中
Add the following to your build.gradle to use:

dependencies {
    compile 'com.makeramen:roundedimageview:2.2.1'
}

在xml中设置对应属性，就行了。
