遇到的问题:
如果不主动退出进程,重启后会一直黑屏,所以加入主动杀掉进程: // 退出程序

android.os.Process.killProcess(android.os.Process.myPid());
System.exit(1);

使用方法:
在Application onCreate中调用 CrashHandler.getInstance().init();即可。
