EMC VMAX10k 前端端口详解和磁盘划分过程
本文针对EMC POOL池已经划好,操作过和为VP种thin设备划分过程
FA端口详解:
针对本公司VMAX 10K存储。
每个机柜有两个ENGINE,BAY1后面重右到左为dir1,和dir2, BAY2后面重右到左为dir3,和dir4
每个DIR中SLOT3,SLOT4中有8个FA端口,从左下角开始E0,E1,F0,F1,G0,G1,H0,H1
下载更出了所有的的前端 port端口,FA-1E:FA代表前端端口,1E:0代表1E Director上的0口

本次计划使用第三个engine的F1口和第四个engine的F1口,即3f:1,4f:1
(1)./symcfg list -fa all -sid 404找出所需要使用的3f:1,4f:1 wwn号

(2)在AIX系统中使用lscfg –vpl fcsx找出HBA卡的wwn号

(3)登录上CISCO光纤交换机
show flogi database 找到上述FA口和hba卡的对应端口

由上我们可以知道光纤交换机的fc1/12,fc1/21为我们要配置的zone口
配置ZONE
MDS-1(config)# zone name zone_migtest_hba1 vsan 1 #新建ZONE
MDS-1(config-zone)# member interface fc 1/12
MDS-1(config-zone)# member interface fc 1/21 #将fc1/12,fc1/21口划入zone里
MDS-1(config)# zoneset name zoneset_HP-DL980G7_Server vsan 1 #进行zoneset
MDS-1(config-zoneset)# member zone_migtest_hba1 #将新建zone member入zoneset里
MDS-1(config)# zoneset activate name zoneset_HP-DL980G7_Server vsan 1 #激活zoneseg
MDS-1# copy running-config startup-config #将修改配置存入启动配置里
小知识:当我查看ZONE和ZONESET的时候,如果FCID前有“*”号,说明链路已经连接
MDS-1# show zone active

如果我们此时在AIX主机中执行cfgmgr –v,可以发现已经识别到了一块EMC存储的盘,此盘是主机和EMC存储的访问控制盘,说明主机和存储链路已经通
整个过程:创建TDEVàbind tdev到poolà建initiator组à建port组à建storage组à建masking view六步
(1)划分前准备工作
./symdev -sid 404 list更出所有设备
./symcfg -sid 404 list –pool
./symaccess -sid 404 list
./symaccess -sid 404 list view
……
(2)创建过程
