所用软件：Enterprise 10.7.1 ArcMap10.7.1 JS API:4.12
数据：随server安装的样例数据
数据位置：\help\samples\data\network_analyst\SanFrancisco.gdb

一、发布服务
步骤：
1、新建地图文档并开启勾选Network Analyst许可

2、将数据加载到ArcMap中，并且新建路径

3、发布Network_Analyst服务

二、使用服务
1、在ArcMap中使用路径服务

                Click on the map to add stops to the route. The route from the last
                stop to the newly added stop is calculated. If a stop is not
                reachable, it is removed and the last valid point is set as the
                starting point.
