意思是说com.jt.sys.dao.impl.SysConfigDaoImpl不能赋值给com.jt.sys.dao.SysConfigDao，应该SysConfigDaoImpl实现接口SysConfigDao，这样才可以赋值。

查看写的实现类，就是没写实现接口，
