Spring boot使用MyBatis，mysql配置运行时报错com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration propert，其实这个不是mybatis的问题，而是mysql配置url中时区的设置，serverTimezone=UTC
