2,搭建基础框架springcloud

如果一个项目的pom.xml文件里有< dependenciesmanager>那么一定是父工程

父项目中指定了版本号。子项目中就可以不用指定版本号了。。。

创建子工程时。直接创建maven项目

1,创建payment provider项目
粘贴父项目的pom.xml
