Interview is a blind date

I do agree with this point of view because most of the time, it's true. Having an interview is like going on a blind date, you don't know the about each other very well,  you will feel nervous, you will be worried about the things that they will ask and of course after the interview, just like a date, you will wait for their calls.

Just this morning, I heard something from one of the famous people. He has his own company and he interviewed many different people for different positions. Under his experience and background, he knows exactly who will be suitable for an open position, he has heard all the possible answers to some common interview questions but even so, it's really difficult to find the right and best people. Just like a person who can handle all the things, a stable,a smart and a passionate individual but from the interviewees perspective, he also wants a stable company, lesser work and not so far from home. Both have different expectations so finding Mr. Right is a big problem. Just like a blind date, you can go for an interview for different companies to find the best one for you and as for the company, this is why they interview a lot of people for just one position to also find the best one.

So if we all know the need of both parties then we can give relevant answers or solutions, right? Such as we need to use different approach to treat different people or just simply ask and communicate openly to have a better understanding of each other's needs so we can be happier and can continue with the interview smoothly while developing our inner skill.

So my dear, no matter what position you are planning to apply, just change your way of thinking then you may get a different answer and to know the truth better. If you are an interviewer, please give more opportunity to the people who are really passionate. If you are an interviewee, please try your best to know the company better and show your passion for this job. Just like a blind date, give it your best shot.
