    If you try to take the shortcut and win people over purely  with your charisma ,you may succeed for a moment or two, but soon you’ll be found out,and the audience will flee.

    Go and work on that dreams as long as it takes to achieve something worthwhile.And then humbly come and share what you’ve learned.

       如果你尝试走捷径并且想要单纯通过个人魅力来赢得观众。一次，两次可能成功。但最终你的实质会暴露出来，观众将会选择远离你。

        在自己追求梦想的道路上去践行，去做，直到让梦想变的有价值，有意义。然后请你谦逊的来到这里和我们分享你从中收获的乐趣和意义。

笔记：

      演讲本身和做人很想。有的人漂亮但俗气，有的人却很耐看。气质，这东西是会随着时间的流逝慢慢的沉淀，由内而外静静的展现出来的。做演讲，写作，绘画……个人认为是具有相通性的。如果想要走的更远，也是需要拿出一些经得住时间筛选，经得住反复打磨的真材实料来的。干什么事情都是如此吧！戒骄戒躁！

   There are many people who have made a lot of money who never made making a lot of money their primary goal.Instead ,they simply engaged in the work that they were doing,produced the society wanted, and got rich doing it.

   In other words, there is an excellent correlation between giving society what it wants and making money, and almost no correlation between the desire to make money and how much money one makes.——《The principles》

翻译：有一些人，他们赚了很多钱，却从来没有把赚钱作为他们首要的人生目标。相反，他们仅仅是努力去做出优秀的，让社会可以认可的产品，并且在这个过程中获得了大量的财富。

换句话说，在赚钱和提供让社会认可的产品之间有着某种密切的联系。而一个人渴望赚钱的欲望却和赚多少钱并没有多大的关系。

笔记：金钱，名利，地位……是一个人在实现他的价值和目标的过程中的附属品。如果一味将这些外在的荣誉作为目标，很容易被其反噬。而一个人从长远考虑，真正站在消费者或者普通百姓的角度思考问题，或许短时间内没有效果（这或许就是笑来老师说过的特立独行且正确的事情吧），但时间最终会证明一切。一个人的格局决定一个人可以走多远！
