第四章讲的是Musk进行Zip2创业，一开始公司不大，Musk住在办公室里，后来不断发展，直到massive change后，结合了互联网，逐步扩大了规模。在后期Musk回顾这段经历反思到与人合作时不能兼顾太多事情，若把其他人工作也完成，会打击积极性，还会引起不满情绪。

今天是参加读书群的第四天，总算把一章内容读完，前几天觉得阅读有障碍，心理压力有些大，自己会任务放大难度，Eric说读书只是方式，不是目的，通过这个群去培养读书好习惯。每天群里大家都会分享很多高质量的读书笔记，同样是读书，其他人的感悟见解比自己有深度的多，一样读的英文版，我囫囵吞枣就过去了，继续坚持下去，每天有一点收获都是进步。
