(00011) Clara's cake 卡拉儿的蛋糕

这本书(讲给2岁小女孩的故事) 买了很久，最近整理绘本，看到觉得特别值得分享。非常细腻。这本书一共5个故事，这是第二个，卡拉儿的蛋糕。

Clara's cake 卡拉儿的蛋糕。Mommy is making a special cake for someone. 妈妈正在给某个人做一个特别的蛋糕。"It will be a lovely surprise for them" says mommy. “这是给她们的一个特别惊喜”妈妈说。"Please can I help",asks Clara. “请，我可以帮忙吗”，卡拉儿问？

"Yes" replies mommy. “当然” 妈妈回答。She helps Clara put on a pretty, flowery apron.她帮卡拉儿穿上一件美丽的花围裙。Then, she washes Clara's hands with warm and soapy water. 然后，她用温暖的肥皂水给卡拉儿洗了手。

Mommy measures out all the ingredients that they will need.  妈妈测量好所有所需的原料的量。Clara helps to tip everything into a big pink bowl. 卡拉儿帮助把所有原料倒进一个大大的粉色碗中。

"Now we need to mix everything together", says mommy. "现在我们需要把所有的东西搅拌在一起“妈妈说.Clara stirs the mixture as fast as she can. 卡拉儿尽可能快速地搅拌。Then, mommy pours it into a tin. 然后妈妈把混合物倒入一个罐里。

When the cake is in the oven, Clara and mommy make some pink and purple frosting.  当蛋糕在烤箱中的时候，卡拉和妈妈做了一些粉色和紫色的糖霜。The frosting is very sticky, but it tastes lovely!糖霜很粘，但味道好极了！

Mommy takes the cake out of the oven and let Clara spread the frostings on.妈妈把蛋糕从烤箱中取出，让卡拉把糖霜摊上去。Clara puts extra tasty toppings all over it too. 卡拉又在上面放了许多特别美味的点缀。

Mommy cuts two slices and make a drink. 妈妈切了2块蛋糕，倒了一杯饮料。"Can you guess who the cake is for?" She asks。 “你猜蛋糕是做给谁的？”妈妈问，"No." replies Clara. “不知道”，妈妈回答。

“It's for me and you" says mommy and clara giggles.  ”是给你和我的“妈妈说，卡拉咯咯笑了。Then she and mommy have a big slice each of their best ever cake.  然后，她和妈妈吃了她们有生以来最好的蛋糕。
