AWS 免费一年【2018-08-25】我的已经免费一年了。
xshell -> xx.pem 登陆EC2，启动实例选择的是ubuntu server，默认的用户名是ubuntu。
安装docker

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install \
    apt-transport-https \
    ca-certificates \
    curl \
    software-properties-common

 curl -fsSL https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/gpg | sudo apt-key add -

sudo apt-key fingerprint 0EBFCD88

sudo add-apt-repository \
   "deb [arch=amd64] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu \
   $(lsb_release -cs) \
   stable"

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install docker-ce

安装zsh

sudo apt-get install -y zsh curl wget git

// Via curl
$ sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.github.com/robbyrussell/oh-my-zsh/master/tools/install.sh)"
or
// Via wget
sh -c "$(wget https://raw.github.com/robbyrussell/oh-my-zsh/master/tools/install.sh -O -)"

修改当前用户shell

sudo usermod -s /bin/zsh $USER
exit

The manual page zsh(1) states that zsh reads /etc/zsh/zprofile. You could simply add a command there
which sources /etc/profile
$ sudo vim /etc/zsh/zprofile
# add source
source /etc/profile
exit
login
