1.  厂家直销或减少中间商的做法产生的问题： 造成大量的中间商失业和产业工人的低收入，这些人的廉价商品消费需求又反向加剧了电商的竞价，如此恶性循环，会导致工业萎缩，产业工人低收入，商人失业，人民消费能力持续降低。                                  解决方法：电商给了上下游更多的渠道和出路，越来越多的电商品牌冒了出来，因为电商存在，直面消费者，不再受任何渠道压榨。当然，牺牲者依旧存在。但是我们要想的应该是如何安置牺牲者，而万万不能因为牺牲者存在就打压新势力，阻挠进步。
