How do you think " Quite job without offer"

It’s depends on the situation like if they have more important things to do such as short learning to know more and enhance their own ability then why not quit your job.

We have many reasons to quit a job- maybe it couldn't help us achieve our goal or dream or for some who likes challenges, they will quit their job just because they feel that they are doing nothing every day. So do you really want to spend your time on this?

Is it only for the money? Or just for you to spend your time doing nothing? Or even if your job is quite simple and easy, you will also feel  bored and don't want to enter the office anymore then why are you still there? Why don't you just quit your job even if you don't have an offer from others. Maybe because you don't know what's the meaning of life without a job. On the other hand, if your job is okay and and it allows you to give more effort or ability, then you should quit, I think. For those kind of job will change according to your effort and also you may gain something back. The only reason depends on how you treat your job and how to make it meaningful and helpful. So my dear, look back to  see whether you enjoy your job and whether you maximize your power on that. If yes, then you may really love your job and happy doing it. Otherwise, just quit it even if you don't have any offer from others because if you don't make the decision and put yourself in difficult times then it's hard to know your way and what kind of job are you really looking for. So dear, no matter what kind of situation you are in, just stop and calm down.

Ask  yourself what you really need and where do you really want to be then find and do it. Never let things stay in your heart without any action. For once in our life, just do it. Thanks.
