My feeling towards Maldives

From long time ago when I fell in love with the TV variety show called "take me out" I got to know the place in the Indian Ocean named Maldives because it's a fantasy place for the lovers who date successfully from that reality show. Back to that time I was still a student on campus and I didn't expect that one day I  could be in here in Male. So today I will share you some of my opinions towards Maldives.

1. People in Maldive

When I set my foot on this island I didnt know anyone here except my colleagues but now I'm proud to say that I know plenty of people here because day to day routine work gives opportunity to communicate with the local people  who vary from engineer to the laborers at the construction site businessman to the shopkeepers. The second day after I settled down here I was hanging out alone when I sat on a concrete chair one white hair guy approached to me and greeted with me by saying "hi"  and I also responded him with the same words. He was trying to be very nice and showed me around Male. At that time I was so grateful for what he had done for me. However when I departure he exposed his nature of Maldivian guy . He said he is in desperate need of one hundred MVR and asked me if I can lend it to him and would return me the next day but the truth was that he never mentioned anything about that money when we met again. To my mind Male is quite small place but the major population of this country are living here due to the good infrastructure here, but they are facing pressure from everywhere such as expensive house rental charge soaring commodity price. That's why they always rob from the highway.

2. Its food

According to the locals before this nation is not open to the world its staple food is fish coconuts of which was made in home. It's not like today that they can bring various food items from east and west so when we go to a restaurant we will have more options than the past in the menu. Particularly I have to tell one thing called nuts which is consumed by the local each day after end of their meal and they eat this nuts as we drink the red wine at home which will indulges you to.

3. Its culture

This is an Islamic country where the mosques can be seen standing magnificently everywhere. People here have to pray in these mosques for fives times each day but on Friday most of people will gather in the mosque where they will listen to the sermon. Some people even on their knee in the street with a blanket
