安装

• install babel

• npm install --save-dev babel-cli babel-preset-latest
• create .babelrc

  {
      "presets": ["latest"]
  }

• install babel-polyfill

• npm install --save-dev babel-polyfill

• install babel preset react

• npm install --save-dev babel-preset-react

• http请求不允许
