这是一道科技大类观点型题目。题目的要点是科技是否使生活变得更复杂以及我们是否应该放弃科技。这个题目让我想到了科技使生活变复杂的例子，比如一些运动软件要求用户每天不必要的打卡；智能手机太多的功能使用户沉溺其中不能自拔；共享打车服务使得传统出租车司机失业和城市更加拥堵。但科技也有许多例子使生活变得更加简单，例如智能手机GPS功能使得人们开车和问路更便捷；全自动洗衣机解放了人们在家洗衣的辛苦；互联网使得人们更方便查阅信息和资料等等。总之，这篇文章素材很多，比较好写，是一道送分题，考生一定要好好把握。我的基本思路是正反两面分头论述，之后走中间路线得出自己的结论。

Whether technology makes life simpler or complicated has become a hot issue for the time being. There are mixed position towards this topic. Some people believe the negative effects of high tech while others hold the opposite view. In the following I’d like to examine both stance and present my own point.

二、主体#1段

Those guys who argue that although technology helps to solve many problems it creates even more headaches for earth inhabitants. For example, in the past people usually work out and do sport simply by themselves or with their partners in their freetime, yet now, they go online and have to refresh their exercise status after each session of their daily activity which seems very unnecessary. In addition,  due to the limitless features of smart phones, many folks become addicted to the mobile phones and perform poorly in their work and study. Besides, some ride hailing apps such Uber or Didi force a lot of traditional taxi drivers out of work and make the city traffic more congested. Hence, technology makes life more unbearable.

三、主体#2段

In contrast, other people believe that science and technology liberate man from many trivial things and bring them more satisfaction rather than annoyance. For instance, whole automatic washing machine replaces housewives to do all the tedious laundry work at home and offer them more leisure time. Another case in point is the availability of the navigation app GPS which makes both drivers and pedestrians’ moving around in an unfamiliar place very convenient and laid back（不知道“轻松”一词用前词对不对？一稿写完去查有道学习一下。正式考试时为了保险我会用“easy”。）What’s more, internet access provides people with infinite amount of resources and information, which enable people to better search data and make their informed decision for life or business.

四、结尾

To conclude, technology can generate both benefits and drawbacks for us digital global villagers nowadays. What we should do is to give full play to the advantages of high tech and do away with the disadvantages by our wisdom as well as more advanced mode of technology.
