Government should offer a free university education to any student who has been admitted to a university but who cannot afford the tuition.

Discuss your views on the policy and consider the possible consequences of implementing the policy.

There is an opinion that the university students who cannot afford the tuition should be supported by the government. This suggestion is very humanity and advanced, but needs different correspondent policy in different situations to avoid unfair and misused.

High educated people are always expected by the whole society. Students choice a major in the university to learn specific skills which transform them into professional people in particular area. If everyone in the society performs their own function base on their professional, the society will run in the highest efficient and benefit everyone in it. However, as the huge gap between have-a-lot and have-little families, the children from have-little may cannot afford the tuition even if they get the chance to go to the university. Be excluded from university life not only will change the entire life of the poor student but also will be a lose of the society. Therefore, there are necessities for government to help poor students.

Although the advantage of supporting poor students to go to university is obvious, the hazards must be evaluated in advance. Supporting all university who cannot afford the fee may be an extraordinary big expense, especially when there are lots of places, which will put pressure on government expenditure. Moreover, if competition is not serious enough that allow students who are not really eager for an university life to entry, the policy will be extravagant for both society sources and the student own self's time.

As predictions with all these considerations, the best consequence will be students from poverty gain knowledge and skills which bring both themselves and their families out of poverty. The government use the money from have-a-lot to help have-little people that minimize the gap between these two polars, which will move the society toward harmonious. On the other hand, the opposite result is dreadful that most citizens money is wasted on loaf young people which cause conflictions. Even though, the most likely results will be in the middle that the society gain a few benefits despite there is some wastage.

In conclusion, for both the whole society and the individual this policy is profitable. Still, the danger of wastage is expectable if there is no efficiency way to control the quantity and quality of the engaged students.
