* first of all=first 表示“首先”，说明事情一一进行的顺序。例如:

*cover,动词/名词，有很多意思。这里是名词，表示书籍的封面。

--I read the book from cover to cover.(=all of it)

* because 因为
--I do it because I like it.

--We spent three hours waiting in the rain because of you.

* than, we use than after comparatives (older than...more expensive than etc.)
