iOS开发Guideline 4.3 - Design被拒的解决路程

一、最近写了一个项目，上线第一版的时候返回来2.1被拒，我没有做任何违反苹果审核规定，经过一番折腾之后果断放弃了，换了一个新的开发者账号，结果第二天上线了～～～开心ing～～～～
以为这就结束了，然而才刚刚开始。。。

我们警醒第二版迭代更新，只改了一些bug，又换了一些页面，结果返回如下4.3：

This app duplicates the content and functionality of other apps submitted by you or another developer to the App Store, which is considered a form of spam.

Specifically, this app appears to be available in the same territories as another identical app submitted to the App Store. It would be appropriate to restrict the available territories for individual apps to those areas in which you intend to market and sell it and ensure none of the selected territories overlap. 

Apps that simply duplicate content or functionality create clutter, diminish the overall experience for the end user, and reduce the ability of developers to market their apps.

The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.

瞬间懵逼了～～～说我抄袭？？？我只是更新怎么可能呢，我开始查阅大波资料～～～然而都是说什么要加入多余代码，改项目之类的大改，这怎么行，我明明没有违规～～～

二、我就考虑到会不会因为和第一个账号提交的问题呢，但是第一个账号的我已经移除了，于是我就给苹果回复解释了下：
尊敬的苹果开发者审核，您好，针对于贵方提出的4.3相关问题我做如下回答：

1. 1.   我是这个app的开发者，并且我们这次更新只是修改了已知bug，和优化了部分界面。

2.最初，这个app在xxx1.com和xxx2.com这两个账号上提交过，并且都是我提交的，导致你们误认为是拷贝复制别的app，但是我已经移除了xxx1.com这个账号下的这个app.
3.并且xxx1.com和xxx2.com 这个两个账号都是我在使用，是公司给我授权我使用的，而且app是我提交的，我是技术支持。

 4.然后为什么会导致你们误解，是因为我们另一个技术支持离职，然后现在我使用xxx2.com这个账号提交，你们就认为是拷贝xxx1.com这个账号的app。

 5.我要解释的就是这个app是我开发的，只是在两个账号上提交过，都是我提交的，然后我觉得你们是误会了，所以我要解释一下。

希望贵方能重新审核，及时给予我方App通过审核并发布至App Store。诚挚的问候！

第二天收到苹果回复，一句大写的卧槽！

However, to ensure App Store customers a safe and enjoyable experience, all apps must comply with the App Store Review Guidelines. We hope that you will make the appropriate changes to your app to bring it into compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines and resubmit your app for review.

实在没办法了我决定申诉～～～
我把上面发给苹果的在申诉里重新发了一边，然而收到的回复瞬间绝望了，意思是说我已经在解决中心里的回复里回了，不必再发邮件的方式来回复。大家要知道，苹果有两个审核部门，一个是正常回复的那个，另一个是申诉的，优先级是相对高点的，只要我们在恢复中心回复了，这一个将不会给予处理～～～除非那个解决结束。

然后我又反复查阅资料，突然发现一个致命的问题，就是上面的4.3里面有一句回话：

意思是说，我的APP是因为在同一地区提交了跟别的APP相似的，换地区的话可以解决，虽然没有这样，但是大家要知道苹果爸爸向来高姿态的，那就给他一个台阶下，我就去掉了一个销售区域随便选了两个销售区域，然后做了如下回复：

尊敬的苹果开发者审核，您好：
       针对于贵方提出的4.3相关问题我们按照贵方的要求做了调整。将我们的应用程序的可用区域限制为我们进行营销和销售的区域。并且本次更新我们只是修改了已知的问题，和优化了我们的部分页面。
       希望贵方能重新审核，及时给予我方App通过审核并发布至App Store。诚挚的问候

第二天大喜～～～审核通过～～～然后把销售区域再次改过来～～～哈哈哈。。。完美解决～～～

我的可能不适用于所有人，只针对于这个原因被4.3拒绝的，，，也是一波心酸路程啊～～～～
