【English Email】

前言

前段时间需要用英文邮件和国外小秘沟通，虽然高中练习了很多次英语邮件作文，但是真正上手的时候，突然发现不知道要怎么写邮件。
下面和大家分享一下我自己的经验。

开头

可以用Dear/Hello/Hi xxxx,

中间

第一次发邮件给不认识的人:
自报家门用This is xxxx不要用 I am xxxx

回复邮件:
_{感谢下对方}，
Thank you for the quick response
Thank you for sending me the information with your email.
_{回复晚了表达歉意}，
Sorry for the lately reply

_{请求对方做事情}，
So Could you do me a favor that.... ？
_{请求对方的建议}，
Except....,please kindly advice if there is anything else .....
May I ask ....?

_{提交附件给对方看}，
Attached file for your reference.

_{告知对方注意的事情}
Having said that, please know..
Please be aware that...

结尾

_求回信，
Looking forward to your feedback.
_{回复问题后，}
Questions? Just let me know.

落款

必备：Thanks/Thank you/Best Regards

举例子

Dear (全名)，
This is (你的名字), （你的身份，学校）
....
So Could you do me a favor that send me (xxx文件)？
Attached file for your reference.
Except attached file, please kindly advice if there is anything else I need to summit.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Thank you very much.
