SOAPdenovo2安装（2018-05-24）

（可能有会点问题，但是先记录一下）

下载地址：https://github.com/aquaskyline/SOAPdenovo2

1. git clone https://github.com/aquaskyline/SOAPdenovo2.git

2.  download the source code, unpack to ${destination folder} with the method above, and compile by using GNU make with command "make" at ${destination folder}/SOAPdenovo-V2.04.

     make 

3. 将其写进环境变量
