一、下载

在mysql官网选择合适的版本,下载。

二、安装

安装步骤直接下一步下一步就可以了,到最后一步时,记下 root@localhost:>fjA!yLm?3r, 这一行, >fjA!yLm?3r, 是root账号的默认登录密码,登录后可以更改。

三、启动mysql服务

安装好之后,在系统偏好设置里启动mysql服务。

四、配置

配置mysql分为两部分,一是配置环境,二是配置mysql的端口、编码等等。

配置环境

在终端输入mysql -uroot -p命令会提示commod not found,这时需要将mysql加入系统环境变量。

  1. 进入/usr/local/mysql/bin,查看此目录下是否有mysql
  2. 执行vim ~/.bash_profile,在该文件中添加mysql/bin的目录,
    PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/mysql/bin
  3. 最后在命令行输入source ~/.bash_profile刷新设置。

这时,在终端输入mysql --version就可以查看mysql的版本了。
输入mysql -uroot -p命令,并使用安装时记下的root的登录密码就可以登录了。
现在,可以在登录前更改root的密码:
mysql -u root -p password newpass
也可以在登录后更改root的密码:
mysql> SET PASSWORD FOR 'root'@'localhost' = PASSWORD('newpass');

配置mysql

在/usr/local/mysql/support-file/目录下,也可以在/etc/目录下,找到my-default.cnf文件,这个是mysql的配置文件,可以在里面设置端口号,编码等等。如果没有就新建一个,把下面的配置信息复制进去。
