      大家有没有遇到过宝宝不喜欢吃某些食物的时候呢？孩子的成长过程中或多或少都会挑食，无论怎么劝，就是不吃，我家哥哥吃饭最让人头疼了。为了让他吃下不喜欢的蔬菜，都要使出浑身解数。

      今天分享的绘本就是一个挑食的小女孩Nicky 的故事。此绘本同样属于前面的picture book 系列，孩子们读绘本的过程中会学到丰富的食物词汇。还可以在家给孩子制作意面，准备上绘本中的食材，让孩子自己选择搭配意面的食材！

Mum says it’s supper time and Nicky  can imagine the food she is favorite in her mind

Mom and Dad can only let her go Freddy ‘s house and have her favorite spaghetti

Nicky is surprised that they also need eat these food she doesn’t like. Can you imagine what Nicky will do next?

At last her plate is clean Evan cleaner than Freddy

Now she has got her methods to treat with peas carrots etc and starts enjoy the food。

看到这里，不禁想起，孩子挑食的时候，我们有没有给孩子选择的权利，共勉！
