这本have you seen my cat? by Eric carle，It' Pre-level one。通篇的句试就是两句：1，Have you seen my cat？2，this is not my cat.The story is about  a little boy’s lost his cat and he was going round the world to look for his cat. He asked the people from different countries on his way.

“Have you seen my cat?” The boy asked a gentleman.The gentleman pointed him in a direction. It turned out to a lion. “ This is not my cat!” The boy said, he kept going.

“Have you seen my cat?” The boy asked a man who looked like a cowboy riding a horse, the cowboy pointed  him in a direction. It turned out to a bobcat. “ this is not my cat!” The boy said , then he kept going.

  “Have you seen my cat?” The boy asked a man who was riding a donkey , whatever, it looked like a donkey. the man pointed  him in a direction. It turned out to a puma. “ this is not my cat!” The boy said , then he kept going.

      On his way, he met an African, a Arab, an Iranian and some people I didn’t know where they were from. He also found a puma, a jaguar, a panther, a cheetah, a tiger and a Persian.

Finally, the boy did find his cat, and his cat brought him a big surprise! We could see five little kittens around a big cat which is the boy’s missing cat. “ This is my cat!” The boy said happily.

      It is pretty difficult to explain where the big cats come from to a very young kid. After reading the book, I learned surprisingly that the cat’s family is so big! We surfed on the website together about more cats.
