故障：MSExchangeFrontEndTransport ID=12014 的错误日志

1、故障现象；

1）客户反应，Outlook POP3 客户端不能接收邮件，仅能发送邮件。报错信息如下：

任务“*****@*****.com - 正在发送”报告了错误(0x800CCC7D)：“您的服务器不支持您指定的连接加密类型。请尝试更改加密方法。请与邮件服务器管理员或 Internet 服务提供商(ISP)联系以获得更多帮助。”

2）查看 Exchange Server 2016 服务器的 Windows Event Viewer 中的 Application 日志，发现每隔 15 分钟出现以下错误信息：
