'Add Solution': A timeout has occurred while invoking commands in SharePoint host process.

一、问题描述：

在部署SharePoint solution的时候，出现Time out 的问题，错误提示： Error occurred in deployment step 'Add Solution': A timeout has occurred while invoking commands in SharePoint host process.       

二、问题原因：

应该是solution 里放的东西太多，VS 执行命令时，出现超时。

三、解决方案：

转到注册表，HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0\SharePointTools，添加一个DWORD 类型的属性ChannelOperationTimeout，默认值为120 秒，修改为240。
