Step1: 创建新的虚拟环境
conda create -n yolo python=3.8(conda create -n 环境名 [安装的包])
Step2: 激活环境
conda activate yolo
Step3: 在该环境下安装cudatoolkit、pytorch

(最新版的pytorch,cuda版本为11.3)
例2: conda install pytorch==1.10.1 torchvision==0.11.2 torchaudio==0.10.1 cudatoolkit=11.3 -c pytorch -c conda-forge
Step4:其他库
pip install -r requirements.txt
Step5:在pycharm上打开
添加解释器---->左侧:conda环境----->第一个解释器
