silvaco学习日记(五)--改变材料参数并且使用

用了很久才改变材料的参数并且使用,主要原因还是被之前的编程语言所束缚,将自定义材料的语句放在了比较靠前的位置,而实际上,这些语句应该放在最后面
我们先看一下改变材料参数的语句:
