mac上android studio打开报错Missing essential plugin: com.intellij (...) Please reinstall Androi...

一天（2022.8.4）早上突然就这样了，经过搜索，解决方式如下：

1、打开finder，使用快捷键：command + shift + g
2、弹窗中输入：~/Library/Application Support/Google
3、回车
4、我的目录如下：

应该是从低版本升级过来的原因，所以才会有三个目录。
找到最新版本目录下的文件plugin_disabled_updates.txt，删除其中com.intellij的行，保存，然后启动AndroidStudio即可。
