之前是国庆,所以之后我等了几天才继续打电话,打的依然是国内的电话,并不能解决问题,说不能退款,打了11分钟电话,她说外国人的消费观念就是这样的,就是让我承认现实,各种理由,最后我无奈关闭了aws账户,也关闭了信用卡的那个,结果发现关闭后再打开aws 发现了一个反馈退款记录入口,于是我打开推荐了一些说辞,说辞是通过百度翻译然后提交了,我并没有抱着能成功的希望去反馈的,所以特么说了一些过激的话,我现在都感觉有点不好意思。

他回复的,一次成功了,不过我以为他不答应退款,我就又继续说了一些话。

没想到外国客服找来了中文的翻译回复了不过里面的语句还是有点不通顺,我怀疑是用的谷歌翻译过来的。

取消信用卡绑定

登录英文网也就是www.amazon.com
点击account-your account- pay options->选择信用卡,选delete.
