gradle status code 503问题

多次遇到这个坑，在gradle构建项目的时候，报错请求某个依赖文件 status 503

用网页打开链接也是可以的。有的电脑可以有的不可以。后来发现是全局的gradle.properties中设置的代理，估计是as中设置过的，即使as不使用代理，这个代理还是会存在的。那么删除代理配置的地方，问题就解决了
gradle.properties 路径 C:\Users\xxxx.gradle
