1：添加依赖：

    org.springframework.boot
    spring-boot-devtools
    runtime
    true

2：修改pom

    你自己的工程名字
    
        
            org.springframework.boot
            spring-boot-maven-plugin
            
                true
                true
            
        
    

3：Idea菜单设置

4：Update the value of

5：重新启动Idea工具即可完成热部署设置
