本地svn执行 svn update 出现如下错误：is too old(format 29) to work with client version ‘1.8.13(r1667537)’(expects format 31).

出现原因：
eclipse中svn版本与tortoise svn 版本不一致造成。
此处我的eclipse svn:1.7 tortoise svn:1.8.11

解决方法：
1：明确eclipse 中svn与tortoise svn对应的版本
插件svn1.4.x对应TortoiseSvn 1.5.x
插件svn1.6.x对应TortoiseSvn 1.6.x
插件svn1.8.x对应TortoiseSvn 1.7.x
插件svn1.10.x对应TortoiseSvn 1.8.x
插件svn1.12.x对应TortoiseSvn 1.9.x

2：升级eclipse svn上的版本
打开 help–》Install New SoftWare–add
nane:svn 自己定义 Location：http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.10.x
