Employee training is an important part of human resource management in company. It refers to the needs of certain organizations to conduct business and cultivate people's needs. It takes various ways to enable employees to obtain or improve work-related knowledge, skills, motivations, attitudes, and behaviours.

It is to exploit the potential and increase satisfaction of employees, also enhance employees' awareness of corporate identity, centripetal force  and sense of belonging, so that employees can perform better on their current jobs or take up higher-level jobs, to improving employees' performance and enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises.Effective employee training is in fact the process of enhancing the overall competitiveness of enterprises.

Although the definition of the employee training system isn't clear in  and abroad,many scholars have different opinions on it.Based on the findings of many scholars, the author believes that an effective employee training system should include the following aspects:

(1) Training and training planning system: Determine the stage and level of training , sa well as the essential persons  and what contents are to be trained, and ensure the connectivity with the personnel's supplementary planning and promotion planning.

(2) Training course system: to train different types of person according to the need of  company's strategic development. the course system should  matching the development of people,including safety training, corporate culture training, induction , job , professional knowledge and professional technology training, marketing training, management and leadership skills training and a series of training courses with the characteristics of the company.

(3) Training Lecturer System: Internal and external instructors who match the curriculum to undertake the different level constructions,it includes lecturer resources, corporate coaches and counselors.

(4) Training and operation system: Including the organization and implementation of training, covering the planning and design of related training projects, the development and implementation of training projects, and the evaluation and tracking of training. In addition, the relevant training system is an effective means to guarantee training operations.

(5) Training and  resource system: it includes essential materials ,tools, videos, games and hardware databases.
