The Biden team made some changes toward nominating some much-needed professional diversity to the federal bench. There is a “wild imbalance ” on the federal bench between layers who are former prosecutors and public defenders. The federal bench was dominated by the layer who are former prosecutors, which is totally skewed the sight of law and harmful to the suspects. Biden should nominate judges who battled the government in court to keep a balance in the filters of judical candidates.
