使用mac开发python pip install的时候一致出现问题，使用pycharm创建项目也是，翻遍谷歌百度也没找到正确的方法，最后。。

最后粗暴的把/Users/picasso/Library/Caches/pip目录删除，完美解决
cd 到此目录

sudo rm -r pip
