唐继尧纪念银币是云南省为纪念反袁拥护共和胜利而制造发行的，是民国时期云南省主要的流通货币之一。

民国四年（1915年）12月25日，唐继尧与蔡锷、李烈钧等发动了轰轰烈烈的护国运动，率先在西南边陲打响了护国讨袁的第一枪。1916年3月22日，袁世凯在内外交困中宣布取消帝制，护国运动取得胜利。为了纪念护国运动，云南省铸造发行了有护国元勋唐继尧头像图案的纪念币。
