在Vue开发中使用 npm install xxx安装插件报错：

npm ERR! code ERR_SSL_DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC

打开 logs文件查看错误提示：

Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, 此错误的意思是没有权限安装到文件夹，被拒绝了。

 

二、解决方案：

修改mode_modules 文件夹，增加写入权限。

操作如下：

 

 然后就可以安装了。
