However, the benefits of paying for the tuition have never been more profits only. Employees are inspired to learn for free, which creates a excellent image of company. When their employees talk about themselves at university, they may tell the class who send them here. Students there will get more interested in the company. After they graduate, they are more likely to send their resumes to the company. So more top candidates will come for a position.
